I’m thrilled to share that I’ve recently earned two new national designations — Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA) and Seller Representative Specialist (SRS) — both of which strengthen the strategic, seller-focused services I provide. These certifications build on the foundation of my long-held Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES®) designation and my certification as a Certified Dementia Practitioner (CDP), which reflect my commitment to supporting older adults and their families through thoughtful, well-managed transitions. Together, these credentials help me price, prepare, and market homes with even greater expertise, sensitivity, and care.
Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA)
National Association of REALTORS®
This certification helps me provide the most accurate, strategic, and evidence-based guidance on pricing your home. When you work with a PSA, you benefit from someone who:
• Understands current market trends and local valuation patterns
• Reviews appraisals with a trained eye and can spot issues or discrepancies
• Prepares a thorough, data-driven CMA (not an automated estimate)
• Helps you set a price that supports your goals — whether that is maximizing value, selling quickly, or minimizing time and stress
• Uses pricing expertise to negotiate effectively on your behalf
This is especially important for homes that have been owned for decades, have unique features, or need objective guidance on updates and value impact.
Seller Representative Specialist (SRS)
Real Estate Business Institute (REBI)
The SRS designation is the premier credential for seller representation and is awarded only to REALTORS® who meet advanced education and performance standards. As an SRS, I bring:
• A structured, strategic approach to preparing, positioning, and marketing your home
• Elevated professional practices designed specifically for representing sellers
• Stronger tools, systems, and methods for ensuring you get the best outcome with the least stress
• A proven framework tailored to the unique needs of senior homeowners and their families
Certified Dementia Practitioner (CDP)
My Certified Dementia Practitioner training helps me communicate more thoughtfully and effectively with individuals and families who may be navigating cognitive changes as part of the aging process. While I do not provide medical or dementia care services, this training strengthens my ability to approach housing transitions with patience, clarity, compassion, and respect — and to collaborate appropriately with family members and professional support teams when needed.
